August 16, 2020: Out of Bounds Nation, a social enterprise legally structured as a public benefit company and operates OBN Foundation’s small business incubator program is about to launch their 3rd company.
Who said .com’s were dead. We sure didn’t. This is a unique company for OOBN as Doug Williams, it’s President and CEO is now officially off probation after serving 2 years in federal prison. He is now back again teaching those how to sting the polygraph.
Doug was instrumental in helping to draft legislation that became the EMPLOYMEE POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT before it was introduced in 1985. He testified before Congress in support of it and the legislation became law-the EMPLOYEE POLYGRAPH PROTECTION ACT-in 1988.
You can read Doug’s interesting life in the newly released FALSE CONFESSIONS written by Jack Straw who also served time in federal prison and served time with Doug in FCI La Tuna.
Please visit www.polygraph.com to get more information and help support Doug on his crusade to Sting the Polygraph!
